RE: Records search request, Salinsky divorce and custody matter, approx. 1989 to 1994

Dear Ms. Hartenbach,

I am writing to request a search of your court's records for any case involving my parents:

- Roy Salinsky (father, plaintiff or defendant)
- Julie Salinsky, who also used the first name Alexandra or Alexandria, maiden name Wilson (mother)

I am one of the two children of that marriage (Alex Salinsky, born December 9, 1984; my brother is Tristin Salinsky, born April 10, 1988). I understand custody of both children was awarded to my father, Roy Salinsky, sometime between roughly 1989 and 1994. The case may be indexed as a divorce (chancery) matter, a custody matter, or both, and may include proceedings related to the children being removed from the home by their mother.

I respectfully request:

1. A search of the grantor/grantee and chancery/civil indexes under both parties' names for the period 1988 through 1995.
2. Copies of the complete case file for any matching case, including the final decree, any custody orders, petitions, and any guardian ad litem report.
3. If the custody matter was heard in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court rather than Circuit Court, please advise so I can direct my request there.
